Check-in was a nightmare; the guy at the front desk was super rude and unhelpful. Plus, the elevators are a total joke—three for the whole hotel! I waited forever just to get to my room. So frustrating!

Perfect location for exploring Midtown and Manhattan. The room was small, but we weren’t there for spaciousness. It was quiet and allowed for excellent natural light. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with hours that catered well to families with teenagers. While the staff was generally pleasant, professionalism faltered when the front desk attendant chose to text while assisting. The cleanliness was hit or miss; some areas needed attention. A strong scent of cleaning chemicals greeted us, but it dissipated quickly. Minor inconveniences, like limited luggage space and a loud air conditioning unit, were present. Still, the comfort and accessibility overshadowed these issues. A solid experience, though some room for improvement exists.

I absolutely loved how this hotel was just a 10-minute walk from Times Square and a short 15-minute stroll to the serene paths of Central Park, making it so easy to soak in the vibrant energy of the city while also enjoying a peaceful retreat; the staff were friendly and the bed was super comfy, but the lobby could get crowded and the elevators were a bit frustrating at times.

We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The larger space made our six-night stay more comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, with clean, high-quality bedding. the bathroom could have been tidier; there were hair and dust issues. The temperature control was decent, but the air conditioning unit was noisy and disruptive. The Wi-Fi connection was generally reliable, allowing us to stay connected. It was unfortunate that the cleaning service was inconsistent, as our room wasn’t cleaned daily. the amenities like a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave were great for convenience.

Great location just a short walk from Central Park and surrounded by major subway lines. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including eggs, omelets, pancakes. the staff went above and beyond, providing VIP treatment with complimentary snacks, water, and even a towel animal on the bed.
The room lacked senior-friendly amenities, such as a comfortable chair and an easily accessible shower handle. The elevator system had burnt-out lights, causing confusion and frustration among guests.

The hotel's central location near Times Square and Central Park allowed me to explore easily. I indulged in delicious cheesecake and enjoyed the complimentary WiFi.

Had a blast with my friends hitting up Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center, totally wicked locations just steps away! Service was top, notch, friendly staff with 5, star vibes. Check, in and check, out were smooth, plus they held our luggage after we checked out. Definitely my go, to spot for NYC trips!
Would've loved a more happening nightlife scene nearby for us young party animals.

Great location close to Broadway, Central Park, and Times Square. Well, connected to public transport. Room was well, equipped with all necessities.
Room cleanliness was subpar , dirty carpet and rotten wood. Inconsistent room service with no daily cleaning.

Great location, 10 min walk to Times Square and close to Broadway and 7th/8th Avenues. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, good tourist advice, and adjoining rooms for families.

great location near broadway and central park. clean rooms, and staff were very helpful. loved the lemon water and warm cookies in the afternoon. also, the staff unblocked my deposit immediately after check-out.

we had a great experience staying at hilton garden. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to subway stations and nearby attractions. the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and our room on the top floor had a great city view. the hotel was very clean and the complimentary breakfast provided a good variety of options, including a fun waffle maker. the addition of chilled water and hot drinks in the lobby was a nice touch, making us feel well taken care of. overall, we would definitely stay there again.

We experienced a room on a high floor that provided stunning city views. The availability of a microwave oven in the room was very convenient. However, the elevators were slow, small, and crowded, affecting our overall experience. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was top-notch, just minutes away from Times Square and Central Park. We were able to walk everywhere and easily explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with my son who has Autism. They made us feel welcome and remembered us each day. Our room on the 33rd floor had breathtaking views of the city and was comfortable and clean. The amenities like the fridge and microwave were a great convenience. The cost was reasonable considering the prime location. We would definitely stay here again, it was our second time and we were very satisfied with our experience. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a bank and supermarket within a short walk. Everything we needed was within easy reach.
That the lift was temporarily out of service when we arrived. This was a minor inconvenience, but the receptionist could have been more friendly and informed us about the $50 deposit beforehand.
